Enterprise migration-এর trigger
Hard requirement হতে হবে: IAM/org policy, regional endpoint, data residency/retention/audit, reserved capacity, Model Garden/MLOps, VPC/private connectivity, centralized log, enterprise support, compliance বা procurement। Regional endpoint নিজে data residency guarantee নয়। Migration record-এ control, owner doc, service/setting এবং review evidence লিখুন।
API key ও project ownership
